The Halloween crossover is now on its penultimate page.

After getting hit by her own magic, the vampire Vam-Mi opts to retreat. Howard the Duck is upset by this, but Venus de Milo of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles tells him that the Elemental Vampire is a greater threat.

Mickey Mouse asks how the Elemental Vampire will be defeated, and Venus answers that she will engage in a chant with Twilight Sparkle and Whistle, a character I made up who is loosely based on Thistle from the obscure Croatian animated film The Elm-Chanted Forest and its even less known sequel The Magician's Hat.

The chant works, for it enables everyone in the multiverse to stand up to the monsters, and we see some cameos done by Popeye the Sailor Man and Rupert Bear.

The Elemental Vampire is less than pleased by this development.
