The Halloween crossover continues, but it won't be long before it ends.
After our heroes confront the vampire Vam-Mi and end up in their underwear, Mickey Mouse summons Howard the Duck, who makes a casual Friday joke at Mickey's expense. And rather convenient, too, considering that October 31st actually falls on a Friday this year.
Howard asks Mickey why he didn't summon Spider-Man, Deadpool, or She-Hulk instead. Mickey replies that he believes Spidey might have his hands full with the Sinister Six, he doesn't trust Deadpool because of his insanity, and he is concerned that She-Hulk might be in the middle of a case, her being a lawyer and all. He summoned Howard the Duck because he was considered most likely to not be busy with something.
Vam-Mi knows the underwear thing isn't working, so she cancels that spell and tells her minions Bing and Chi-Chu to attack. Daffy Duck quickly defeats them both by pulling up a stone wall out of nowhere. It's a good thing cartoons don't have to follow the rules of reality!
Angered, Vam-Mi tries to fire a bolt of magic at Venus de Milo of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, but the Turtle uses her tessen to bounce the bolt back to the vampire.
