Victor Virgilson and some other villains have arranged to invite many famous cartoon character couples to a party with the intent of making them break up, arranging for the evil scheme to occur on Valentine's Day for the sake of irony.

One of the couples invited was Woody and Winnie Woodpecker, and Winnie made a snide remark about the portrait used by Victor Virgilson to spy on our heroes, which offended the vulture so much that he chose to spike the punch with castor oil.

Winnie and Mickey Mouse notice that the punch tastes odd and become concerned that someone spiked it. Felix the Cat uses his bag of tricks to confirm their suspicions and is so outraged over the whole thing that he insists they go looking for the crooks behind this whole charade.

Minnie Mouse, however, states to Felix that it is important that those of them who drank the spiked punch find bathrooms pronto. Bugs Bunny and Mickey were also affected, but not Woody, who's simply peeved about Winnie falling victim to a prank that is actually quite lethal in real life (in the real world, you can actually go to jail for playing a laxative prank, as there are much worse consequences than the victim needing to defecate or soiling themselves).

This prank tries the patience of the Phantom Blot, Cecil the Turtle, the Professor, Rock Bottom, and the other villains, who demand to know how doing such a juvenile prank will be effective against the heroes. Victor then reveals that he planned ahead and increased the heroes' suffering by taking all of the toilet paper. Minnie Mouse is just one of several ticked-off victims of the prank.

Woody's archenemy Buzz Buzzard expresses his anger at Victor's prank sidetracking everyone from the intended plan of breaking up all the couples.

Minnie Mouse has no official age, but the majority of her appearances clearly intend her to be an adult, plus it's generally agreed that Mickey and friends are all in the same age group, with Goofy and Donald Duck being explicitly old enough to have a son and three nephews respectively.
